GENERAL DUTIES:

• Serve as Primary Customer Contact.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITY/AUTHORITY:

• Product Development
• Develop Internal Processes
• Process Engineering Change Notices
• Continuous Improvement
• Maintain Customer Tooling
• Manage all tooling related projects including new tooling & repairs
• Manage outside tooling vendors
• Assist Quality with Inspection Development
• Serve as an engineering resource within entire organization.
• Work with Customer Service Representative’s to resolve any customer related issues

KNOWLEDGE OF:

• Die cast process
• Manufacturing processes
• Industrial engineering
• Routings
• Machining
• Quality systems and quality control

• 3D Modeling and AutoCAD
• Tool and die design
